Slouchy Beanie

So I got yet another beanie. It’s different than the last one I bought, so I think it’s a justified purchase!

I love how stretchy and comfy this hat is. My boyfriend likes to wear it saggy, but I roll the edge and wear it tighter. He also has a larger head, so it fits everyone, even my 2 year old nephew (we just rolled it more). Very stylish, warm, and perfect for any gender.

Unisex Slouchy Beanie

I never saw myself as the slouchy beanie wearing type, but this bad boy has changed my mind! I mean, just look at it!

I don’t have a large head, despite my many brains (haha, kidding) but this beanie is fit for all sizes; it’s definitely large enough and stretchy enough for bigger noggins. For larger heads, the hat just wouldn’t be as slouchy as seen above. Either way, it’s cute!

I love the material, as it is soft, slightly stretchy, and fit for all heads and genders. I get to share this with my larger-headed boyfriend, and I’ll know he will be looking good and staying warm in this hat during Wisconsin’s winters. I haven’t washed it yet, but I assume there might be prone to shrinking. I would recommend washing and letting air dry to avoid shrinking due to warm dryer air.

There’s a slight pattern, which makes me think that it is more for women, but it isn’t anything that wouldn’t look good on a man. It comes in other colors-beige, black, and brown, and each are under $10! How great is that?! Get one here.

Eclipse Hydrating Cleanser

I am still surprised at how much product is in this bottle. I know it will last for a very long time.

There’s nothing super special about this cleanser, meaning it doesn’t stop that peach fuzz from growing and it doesn’t make you tan, but it does what it is meant to do. This cleanser doesn’t have any scent, is gentle on sensitive skin, cleans well, and doesn’t leave skin feeling sticky or dry afterwards. In that sense, I don’t need super special cleansers that claim to do a whole lot more; I have this hydrating cleanser that does exactly what I need it to do-hydrate and clean. Even an hour or so later, my skin is feeling softer than it felt all day.

Even though it works well, I’m the type of person that doesn’t pay more that $8 for beauty products, so I wouldn’t buy it originally, but I really do like this. Maybe price reflects quality!

Ribbed Leg Warmers

I LOVE that leg warmers have come back into style; I always thought I was born in the wrong era, but now we can all experience these (or again, lol). Don’t worry, neon colors are available if you want a real throwback ;). I went with black so I can wear with my grey boots.

Style: These leg warmers are ribbed, even though you can’t tell by the picture.

Size: They were longer and stretchier than I expected, but they’re great!

Wear: They are versatile enough to wear with all different types of shoes. Wear as leg warmers (pictured), boot socks (stretched), or boot cuffs (rolled, folded).

Asana Eyelash Growth Serum

Looking back, I have been losing so many eyelashes! Whether it’s from picking at my mascara, rubbing my eyes, or natural loss, I have noticed that my eyelashes have thinned out. Thankfully, I was approved to try Asana eyelash growth serum, and I was so excited to try this for free, but I can admit that I was skeptical, as I am skeptical of most ‘serums’.

I used it for about 2 weeks before I noticed any results. I apologize for not having before and after photos, but I did notice fuller lashes and longer lashes that actually dissuaded me from putting on falsies for nights out.

Application is so easy. Each morning and/or night, you close your eye and brush the serum across your top lid, above your lash line and under your bottom lash line. You can apply underneath your eye makeup, but it needs to completely dry before any other applications, otherwise makeup may not apply as cleanly.

Results are seen in about 2 weeks, but I believe results improve with prolonged use. You have to consistently use this and commit to the daily routine, otherwise you may not get the best results possible.

I don’t think of this as a necessity, so I wouldn’t buy this for $18 on Amazon, but I would recommend the product if you have thin or short lashes! Get one here!

Eclipse Pomegranate Acai Face & Body Cream

After taking off all of the wrappings, I could smell the sweet scent that is unlike other face and body creams.

I thought it would be generally, like other creams: oily and useless, but I was pleasantly surprised. It smells AMAZING, not overpowering or too sweet, but a subtle pleasant scent. It absorbed completely in under five minutes, and my hands felt so soft! Sadly, it didn’t last for more than an hour or so, but I also battle eczema, so maybe it would work better with other skin types.

Pros: smells great, absorbs pretty quickly

Cons: doesn’t keep skin moisturized for long

Extra Large Activated Charcoal Shoe Deodorizers

Currently deodorizing my smelly bunny slippers with activated charcoal deodorizers. I love these because they don’t smell like anything, unlike nasty shoe creams or aerosol sprays to ‘deodorize’, yet leave the air smelling gross. These bundles of charcoal absorb the smells quickly and fit in all sizes of shoe (even tested in my love’s size 13 men’s).

I’m so glad I got to try these and find an alternative to harmful aerosol sprays. These are natural! I’ll have to try it in my sweaty gym bag next!

Lace Headband

I was so excited when I was approved to review this headband. I’m in love with pearls (hence the earrings and necklace from my love), and knew this headband would be a regular occurrence to compliment my outfits and jewelry.

It fits so well! the decorative part reaches my ears, and the two elastic bands are made to comfortably fit heads with a range of sizes. There were no loose threads or beads falling off, and it was made extremely well for only being $4.99! What a steal! Dress it up or down; I think it would be a great add-in for wedding hairstyles and I also add it to my every day outfits.

Dot&Dot Travel Toiletry Bag

I travel a lot between home and college, and from both of those places to countless other places. Every time, some type of beauty product will leak onto my clothes and other products, ruining some and making a huge mess of my duffel bag.

Three mesh pockets are big enough for smaller sized bottles, and see through so you know where you packed everything. I can packed most of my stuff (razors, creams, gels, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, flossers, deodorant) as long as they are in travel sized containers. I have too much makeup to pack in there, but I still like keeping my toiletries together so they are all together and not roaming around the bottom of my duffel bag.

I’m enjoying the metal hook that keeps the toiletry bag suspended and unfolded wherever I need it to be. Perfect for hotel bathroom hooks, closets, and towel bars in any bathroom. It allows for easy access to all of my products while keeping any spills or leaks contained in the water repellent polyester fabric material.
